Join Chef Mike for a limited Chef’s Table cooking class in his home kitchen on Sunday November 3rd! We will explore many of the techniques chefs utilize when they get to relax, come home and experiment in the comfort of their own kitchen. There will only be 8 spaces available so act fast!
Texas Autumn will take familiar ingredients and recipes to create restaurant quality dishes in the comfort of the home.
Texas Blue Crab Cakes - home made chiltepin aioli & quick chow chow
Beef Shortrib - truffle grits with seasonal greens - balsamic & brandy glaze
Buttermilk pie with spiced candied pecans & honey & thyme whipped cream
This class will be approx. 2 hours and allow for a mix of hands-on interaction & some demonstration elements for flow. All guests will receive a packet containing techniques and recipes covered during the class as well as a tasty serving of each dish.
