Come join us for a fantastic time on the family farm to learn the real-world techniques to take your grill game to the next level! We will host a limited number of guests (only 12!) to come and experience a hands-on grilling class utilizing real propane and charcoal grills instead of just grill pans like those “other guys”.

Summer Grilling Class:

12 spaces | 2 hour class

6:30-8:30 Saturday July 20th 2019 BYOB

Location: Family farm 15-20 min. east of Dallas in Sunnyvale by Lake Ray Hubbard.

You will learn different grilling techniques for both charcoal and propane as well as how to handle the variety of different food products and dishes that lend themselves so well to the grill!

Dishes:

Grilled vegetable kebabs with balsamic and garlic herbs

Grilled Salmon filet

Grilled steaks with chimichurri sauce

Grilled pineapple with vanilla ice cream and rum sauce

BYOB - Feel free to bring any wine or beer to enjoy during our class!

All attendees will receive a packet detailing the recipes and techniques used during the class! We will also ask that you fill out our Test Kitchen review afterwards to assist us in polishing our curriculum in anticipation of our physical opening coming soon!
